How we handle deletion requests

Email admin@learnsabaisabai.com from the email address linked to your sabaisabai account. Use the subject "Delete my sabaisabai account" and include the sign-in email if it is different from the address you are writing from.

If you signed in with Google, use the Google account email. If you contacted us through a platform deletion flow such as Meta/Facebook, include any identifier the platform gave you so we can match the request.

We verify that the request comes from the account email or from a trusted platform deletion request. If we cannot match the request to an account, we may ask for one extra confirmation step before deleting anything.

• · Your profile document, including email, display name, XP, streaks and settings
• · Your saved vocabulary, custom stories and related learning progress
• · Your per-item mastery counts and daily mission/onboarding progress
• · Newsletter subscription records tied to the same email, if you ask us to remove them too

• · Aggregated, anonymous operational records that cannot identify you
• · Server logs that expire through normal hosting retention
• · Emails you sent us, which may remain in our mailbox so we can document and complete the request
• · Data held directly by third-party identity providers, such as Google or Meta, which you manage through those providers

These retained records are not used to rebuild your account, contact you for marketing or personalize the app.

We complete account deletion within 7 days. When it is done, we reply to confirm completion. Once deleted, your learning progress, custom vocabulary and saved content cannot be recovered.

If you only want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, say that in the email. We can remove the newsletter subscription without deleting your learning account.
